PRACTICE ROOMS

We have four rehearsal rooms (of 25, 30 and 40 square meters) suited for
all kinds of bands. They are all independent cabins, completely isolated
from the main building (box in a box), built over floating floors and with
a height of more than 3 meters, achieving an acoustic insulation of over
60dB between rooms and acoustic doors with a noise reduction of 50 dB.
Every room features independent cold and hot air conditioning and a calid,
renovation and provision of air, warm lighting variable.

Monthly rental

At Local we also offer rehearsal rooms for monthly renting (25 to 40 square meters). Rooms are available from Monday to Sunday and from 10:00 to 01:00. In case you have a gig and need to access the rooms to take or return your gear outside of these times, this can be arranged if requested with advance notice.
